If you have a PPO plan, you may be able to see one of our providers by utilizing your out-of-network benefits. You will pay us directly and we will provide you with a Superbill, upon request, for you to then file a claim with your insurance carrier

We also offer collateral sessions when appropriate to optimize the individual’s treatment gains during individual therapy. This would be different from couples and family therapy
How long does each session take?
We book sessions in 50-60 minute blocks
What is the cost per session?
Cash Pay: Our fee-for-service rate varies depending on your treating clinician. The out-of-pocket fee ranges from $125-$200 per session
We can offer a sliding scale rate that is determined based on your financial factors
We also offer pro-bono services that is determined based on need

What should my goals be?
These are individual, but we can discuss them together
They can vary by session
Some goals may include: managing symptoms, better understanding of self and relationships, making sense of past traumatic experiences, developing healthy boundaries, gaining personal growth, ending destructive behaviors, working on empathy, sound decision making and planning, and more
How long does therapy last; how many sessions do I need?
These are individual and a variety of factors are considered, like: traumatic experiences, range of symptoms, specific issues you are trying to heal, and more
What else are you doing to help the community?
We are working to acquire funding via grants and donations to develop a veteran-only wellness center that provides intensive outpatient services
We are collaborating with other individuals and organizations to offer additional holistic approaches to emotional wellness
How do you address the potential for reliving past trauma during sessions?
We do not want you to feel worse at the end of session. So, incorporating self regulation strategies to return mind-body equilibrium is an important part of every session
We teach containment techniques to be utilized outside of the session to reduce the residual effects from session
